2. Marketplace Transactions

Purchases

When you purchase an artwork or merchandise through our marketplace, you enter into a transaction directly with the seller (artist). milsiz acts as a platform facilitator and does not take ownership of the items sold. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the seller or required by applicable law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information. All payment data is handled in compliance with PCI DSS standards. By making a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Seller Responsibilities

If you list items for sale on milsiz, you are responsible for accurately describing your items, setting appropriate prices, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. You must own or have the right to sell all items you list. You are responsible for shipping, returns, and customer service related to your listings.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Services are the property of Start a World Peace Teknoloji A.Ş. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Services without our prior written permission.

Artists retain all rights to their original artworks. By listing items on milsiz, artists grant milsiz a limited license to display, promote, and market their works on our platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
Use automated systems to access our Services without permission
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. milsiz acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of items listed by sellers. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties, though we may provide assistance in facilitating communication.
